This is a template I created to track my Crochet Pattern Designs. I designed this layout so I could keep all of my daily writing in one binder. This PDF includes the two pages pictured.

This template is formatted for A5 Paper (148 × 210 millimeters)

There are a few orientations you can choose from:

• Both pages individually

  • Both Left and Right Prong versions

• Double Sided Options for Left side Prong

  • Title Page to be on the Front and the Continuation Page to be on the back

  • Continuation Page on the front and the Title Page on the back

  • Continuation Page on both the Front and Back.

Please ensure if you are printing one of the double sided options you choose the option to flip the page on the long side.
